Day 1: Transfer from Entebbe Airport Uganda to Kampala

Day 2: Transfer to the Jinja-do white rafting on the source of the Nile

Be up very early and enjoy your breakfast. Leave Kampala as early as possible so as to beat the Jinja-Kampala highway jam in the morning. En-route, get the beautiful of the a lush Mabira Forest which is divided into by the Jinja-Kampala highway. There are also extensive tea and sugarcane plantations to view as you head to Jinja.

Arrive early and report to point where white-water rafting starts from. Begin your half day white-water rafting experience on the Source of the Nile and later, pay a visit to Itanda Falls. Get to your lodge/hotel for a relaxed evening, dinner and a night stay.

Day 3: Transfer from Jinja city to Murchison Falls National Park

Today, you will be required to leave very early so as to beat the Kampala jam. Drive from Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park for another 4-5 hours. En-route, Ziwa rhino sanctuary will be your stopover point. Here, you will go track rhinos for 1 hour that are to be re-introduced into the wild. Proceed to your lodge after lunch in Masindi Hotel.

Day 4: Game drive & boat cruise

Enjoy your hefty breakfast and after, a game drive which lasts for 2-3 hours. You will explore the Northern part of Murchison Falls National Park. Some of the interesting species to come across along the Northern bank of River Nile include lions, leopards, elephants, Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes, birds and others. Don’t miss the mesmerizing landscape characterized by vast savanna, acacia trees.

Drive back after photo taking and enjoy lunch in the lodge. As you relax, share your memories and later, add on a launch/boat cruise to the bottom of Murchison Falls. Navigate along the Victoria Nile as you view submerged hippos, aquatic birds, crocodiles and other species of wildlife.

Day 5: Drive to Kibale Forest National Park Uganda from Murchison Falls

Have breakfast and later, leave Murchison Falls National Park Uganda after you have checked out. Your road trip may take 7 hours and you will drive through. Get to Fort Portal city for lunch in a hotel. Head to Kibale about 26kms from Fort Portal.

Day 6: Chimpanzee tracking from Kanyanchu & Bigodi wetland tour

Wake up early and have breakfast in your primate safari lodge. Leave for briefing at Kanyanchu Tourist Centre and after understanding the guidelines. Begin a trek to see chimpanzees at 8:00am. Lasting for 2-4 hours, once you come across chimpanzees, you have only 1 hour which you will enjoy a close encounter with these beautiful creatures in the wild. Expect also to see other species of primates, birds, mammals, reptiles, flora, butterflies. Get back for your lunch and then drive to Bigodi wetland for bird sighting, photography and nature walk.

Day 7: Kibale to Queen Elizabeth, about 3 hours’ drive

After breakfast, drive via Fort Portal to Queen Elizabeth National Park in Kasese approximately 3 hours. As you head to your lodge, have incredible sight of wildlife and later, have lunch. After lunch, a boat cruise along Kazinga Channel for you to see hippos, crocodiles, birds among others.

Day 8: Game drive & transfer to Bwindi about 3 hours through Ishasha

Hefty breakfast early morning and later, a game drive on Kasenyi sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park for 2-3 hours. Have excellent view of elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards, antelopes, birds and after, get back to the lodge. Check out then drive through Ishasha in the south, an incredible spot for tree climbing lions. After a magical view, proceed to have lunch at Savanna Resort Hotel.

Day 9: Gorilla trekking Bwindi & cultural encounter

After breakfast, briefing early at Buhoma where you get to know what to do and not to do. By 8:00am, go explore mountain gorillas for 2-6 hours and the gorilla families to trek include Habinyanja, Katwe, Rushegura and Mubare. This is if your tracking gorilla groups in Buhoma sector. An hour will be had face to face with a gorilla family then you return for relaxation. In the afternoon, add on your experience with a thrilling Batwa cultural experience.

Day 10: Bwindi to Lake Bunyonyi Southwestern Uganda
