DAY1: Transfer to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park.
You will be picked up at the airport by your safari guide who will then transfer you to Mgahinga gorilla national park. You will have a stopover in Mbarara for lunch and then proceed to the game park in Kisoro. You will reach in the evening, check in at the lodge, have dinner and rest.
Overnight at Mucha gorilla lodge.
Day2: Golden monkey trekking and Batwa trails in the evening.
Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast. After the breakfast, your guide will take you to the park headquarters for briefing about the golden monkey trekking in Mgahinga gorilla national park after briefing, you start your trek in the volcanoes in search for golden monkeys and you will have a chance of spotting other primates such as white and black Columbus monkeys and other primates plus abundant of bird species. After the golden monkey trekking you will be picked by your guide and take back to the lodge for relaxation as you prepare for the Batwa trails in the evening where you will explore the Batwa cultures and traditions which is also another remarkable experience. When you are done with the Batwa trails, you will return to the lodge where you will have dinner and rest.

DAY3: Gorilla trekking and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
After waking up and having breakfast, you will leave the lodge for the UWA offices at around 6:30am you take a drive of about 30mins to the National Park headquarters After completing the park formalities, we are embark on a once in a life time experience of tracking mountain gorillas. Once you spot them you are allowed to spend an hour watching your closest long lost cousin. This is perhaps one of the most breath-taking experiences on earth!!! You get so close to these awesome giant primates. You stare at each other blankly not knowing who to break the long silence first. Tracking the gorillas through the light mountain forest on the slopes of the Virunga is a magical experience. You will spend one hour with the gorillas, but it is an hour you will never forget. You will then return to the lodge, have lunch and rest. And then in the evening you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National park.

DAY4: Early morning game drive and boat cruise in the afternoon.
You will wake up in the morning and have your breakfast, And after breakfast, your safari guide will take you for a morning game drive through the Kasenyi tracks & kob mating grounds in search for Lions, Buffaloes, giant forest hogs, Elephants and other game. Return to the hotel for lunch. Afternoon you will head out for a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel known for the highest concentration of hippos ,Nile crocodiles & other game coming to channel to quench their thirst. You will return to the lodge in the evening, have dinner and rest.

DAY5: Transfer back to Kampala.
On the last day of the trip, you will wake up and have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning, check out of the lodge and then embark to the journey to Kampala. You will have a stopover at the Equator for a latitude test, pictures and lunch. After that wonderful experience, you will then get back on the road to Kampala.
